5. Travel Documents and Visas
- It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required entry documents.
- MSA Travel can offer visa support but is not responsible for any entry refusals or issues at borders.
6. Liability
- MSA Travel acts as an agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, and service providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third parties.
- We are not responsible for travel disruptions due to weather, strikes, health emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
- Our liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the total booking value. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and delays.
